The kitty is from Cat Cat Marie Maison de Mieux. I purchased mine from a Shirotabi (http://www.shirotabi.jp/) shop that had a stand in Tokyo Station for a short time but you can also purchase their products from strapya (http://www.strapya.com/categories/12_53_4763_4764.html).
