Lipstick Queen's Fifteen Minutes of Fame Pop Art Gloss is a highly pigmented lip gloss with a thin, lightweight formula. It is shiny but not sticky and moisturizing enough to wear over dry lips. It also lasts quite long. The gloss comes in a click pen applicator with a brush tip. I often have trouble with pen-type glosses but have yet to struggle with Fifteen Minutes of Fame and find it far easier to use than the Stila lip glazes, which come in a similar apparatus. 11 Minutes is a vibrant purple that turns into a deep fuchsia on the lips. The shade does a wonderful job of bringing out the blue in my complexion and the hazel color of my eyes.
