Majolica Majorca Blooming Dream Eyes in 真夜中の夢(2)

マジョリカマジョルカのブルーミングドリームアイズの限定パレットについては、あまりコメントすることがありません。この商品は、まさに資生堂のメイクアップブランドといった感じのものです。可愛いパッケージでアイシャドウはキラキラして発色もまあまあ良いです。しかし、特筆すべき点があるかというと、そうでもありません。

I have very little to say about Majolica Majorca's Blooming Dream Eyes limited edition palette. It is exactly what you would expect to see from the Shiseido makeup brand: cute packaging and eye shadows that are shimmery and somewhat pigmented. But nothing particularly exciting.


ブリーミングドリームアイズのパレットには４色のアイシャドウが入っています：アイベース、ニュアンスカラー、シャドウカラー、アイグロスです。アイベースはまぶた全体に塗り、ニュアンスカラーは目頭から目の中央にかけて目尻から目の中央にかけて使うシャドウカラーと馴染ませます。アイグロスは下瞼に使用します (使用方法を見るには、HOW TOをクリックして下さい)。ニュアンスカラーとシャドウカラーはパウダータイプのシャドウで、アイベースはクリームタイプ、アイグロスはグロスそのものです。そのラメ入りのグロスは最初ベト付きませんが、時間が経つと少しベタつきを感じます。

The Blooming Dream Eyes Palette comes with four different eye shadows: an eye base, nuance color, shadow color and eye gloss. The eye base is applied to the whole eye hole while the nuance color is applied to the inner corner of the eyelid and blended into the shadow color, which is applied to the outer corner of the eyelid. The eye gloss is used to line the base of the eye. (Click on HOW TO to watch the MM tutorial.) While both the nuance color and shadow color are powdered eye shadows, the eye-base is a cream-based shadow and the eye gloss is an actual gloss. The sparkly gloss is not sticky at first but feels a bit sticky over time.


真夜中の夢（2）のシャドウは肌に付けるとより明るく見えますが、意外と早く消えてしまい長持ちしません。アイグロスは実用的な感じではないですが、パールのようなアイベースは繊細な感じで結構綺麗に見えます。シャドウにはラメが結構入っているので、仕事場には適さないと感じる方もいるかもしれません。私はパープルとピンクのシャドウが好きですが、もっと発色が良かったらいいなと思います。全体的に、ブルーミングドリームアイズはマストアイテムというよりは、マジョリカのファンのコレクターズアイテム的な物だと思います。限定のブルーミングドリームアイズは1,680円(税込み)です。

The shadows for the Midnight Dream (2) palette look much brighter when applied but fade rather quickly. The eye gloss just seems impractical but the pearly eye base is quite pretty in a subtle way. There is a lot of shimmer in these shadows and some might find them too sparkly for work. I do like the purple and pink shadows but wish they were a little more pigmented. Overall, the Blooming Dream Eyes palette is more of a collectible item for MM fans than a must-have palette. One limited edition Blooming Dream Eyes is 1680 yen (including tax).

Candy Doll チークカラー ピーチピンク

キャンディドールのチークカラーピーチピンクはシアーで、少しフロスティな淡いピンクのブラッシュです。残念ながら、私の肌にこのチークをつけて写真を撮ろうとしましたが、上手くいきませんでした。明るい肌には非常に分かりにくく、ハイライターとして暗めの肌の方に合うと思います。私は、これをチークとして使うよりも、ナチュラルメイクアップ用のアイシャドウとして使うと面白いと思いますが、1,260円(税込み)は個人的にはちょっと高いと思います。キャンディドールはストロベリーピンクのレビューをしてから、また新しいカラーをリリースしました。キャロットオレンジはオレンジ色のブラッシュで、キャンディドールの最新のハイライト クリームベージュと一緒に使うと、キュートでフレッシュなサマールックが出来上がるらしいです。

The Candy Doll Peach Pink cheek color is a sheer, slightly frosty pale pink blush. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult time trying to photograph the cheek color on my skin. It looks quite subtle on pale skin and would work better as a highlighter on darker skin tones. I do think it would be interesting to try to use it as an eyeshadow for a natural or minimum makeup look but the blush is just not worth the 1260 yen (including tax) in my opinion. Candy Doll has released an additional cheek color since my review of the Strawberry Pink cheek color. Carrot Orange is an orange shade that, combined with Candy Doll's latest highlighter Cream Beige, is supposed to create a cute and fresh summer look.

ポーランドからの贈り物 A Package from Poland

先月、私はプーペフレンドのGillanekちゃんから素敵な小包を受け取りました。中にはポーランドのお土産、チョコレート(ちょうどバレンタインデーだったので)、文房具、手作りのしおり、音楽CDなどが入っていました。

Last month, I received a fabulous package from my Poupee friend Gillanek. In it were Polish souvenirs, chocolates (just in time for Valentine's Day), stationary, a handmade bookmark, a music CD and other goods.

後ろにある美しい文房具はワルシャワのもので、描かれている建物は科学文化宮殿です。私が紅茶好きということを知って、Gillanekはフルーティーなポーランドの紅茶の詰め合わせも送ってくれました。

The beautiful stationary in the back comes from Warsaw and the building it depicts is the Palace of Culture and Science. Knowing that I am a tea-fanatic, Gillanek also sent an assortment of fruity Polish teas.

このとっても可愛らしいしおりはGillanekの手作りです。私は本をたくさん読むので、しおりがいつも足りなくなってしまいます。本のページを、手作りでしかも私専用のしおりでマーク出来るなんて素敵です。Gillanekは凄く可愛い子猫の便せんを使って手紙を書いてくれました。

This incredibly adorable bookmark was hand-made by Gillanek. I read a lot and never seem to have enough bookmarks. It will be great to be able to mark my pages with a hand-crafted, personalized bookmark. Gillanek also wrote on super cute kitten stationary.

Gillanekはポストカード描かれているポーランドの有名なランドマークの詳しい説明をしてくれました。上の２つと右下のポストカードはポズナンにあるランドマークで、タウンホール(左上)とオペラハウス(右上)です。毎日正午になると、２頭の推すヤギ(右下のポストカード)がシティホールの時計塔にある大きな時計の上で頭突きをします。左下のポストカードはワルシャワのシティセンターです。ポーランドは美しい建築物に溢れているみたいです。

Gillanek was kind enough to include detailed descriptions of the Polish landmarks in each postcard. The top two and bottom-right postcards show landmarks in Poznan including the Town Hall (top-left) and the Opera House (top-right). Everyday at noon two billy-goats (that you can see in the bottom-right postcard) bump heads above the large clock in the clock tower of the city hall. The bottom-left postcard shows the city center of Warsaw. Poland seems to be full of beautiful architecture.

Terravitaチョコレートはアプリコット(私の大好物)が入ったホワイトチョコレートです。上にあるDanusiaチョコレートは100年程の歴史があるチョコレートです。このチョコレートはクラクフという絵に書いたような市で作られており、ノーベル賞を受賞した小説家のヘンリク・シェンキェヴィチの「北方十字軍の騎士たち」（Krzyzacy）に登場する、美しい廷臣のDanusiaに由来しています。

The Terravita chocolate is white chocolate with apricots (my favorite). The Danusia chocolate on top has a long history of almost 100 years. It is produced in the picturesque city of Krawkow and is named after the beautiful courtier in Nobel laureate Henryk Sienkiewicz's novel, Krzyzacy (The Teutonic Knights). What I find interesting is that it tastes more like a truffle than a chocolate bar.

このトリオ アイシャドウはポーランドの化粧品ブランドであるInglotの物です。多分これはIntegraという商品で、パレット39です。ライトグレーとライトホワイトシャドウはラメが入っており、ダークグレーシャドウはマットです。全てのシャドウはとても柔らかくてスムーズです。日本にもInglotが来れば良いなと思います。

This eyeshadow trio comes from the Polish cosmetics brand Inglot. I think it is called Integra and this palette is palette 39. The light grey and white shadows contain shimmer while the dark grey shadow is matte. They are all very soft and smooth. I wish we had Inglot in Japan.

魅力的な伝統的なポーランド印刷がされたコースターには２羽の白いコウノトリが描かれています。白いコウノトリはポーランドの国鳥です。また、Gillanekは紫色の石が付いた可愛いイヤリングのペアも送ってくれました。

The stunning traditional Polish print on the coaster depicts two white storks. The white stork is the national bird of Poland. Gillanek also included a pair of lovely earrings with purple stones.

このクマはGillanekが働いているPolskieラジオ(ポーランドのラジオ局)のマスコットです。首に巻かれたスカーフには、Gillanekが初めて放送したサマーラジオのロゴが入っています。彼女は可愛い猫のステッカーもいくつか送ってくれました。

This bear is the mascot of Polskie Radio (Polish Radio) where Gillanek worked. The scarf around his neck has the summer radio logo which was when Gillanek had her first broadcast. She also sent some adorable kitten stickers.

最後はポーランドの歌手で、Gilannekがラジオ局でインアビューしたというMichal Rudasの"Shuruvath"というタイトルのCDです。彼のスタイルはユニークなポップ、ソウル、伝統的なインド歌謡とボリウッドのミックスです。 Shuruvathは彼のデビューソロアルバムで、それぞれの曲が情熱で溢れています。MichalはいくつかのPVがyoutubeにアップされていますし、彼のmyspaceページで彼の曲のサンプルも視聴する事が出来ます。

Last by not least is the CD "Shuruvath" by the Polish singer Michal Rudas who Gilannek interviewed at the radio station. His style is a unique blend of pop, soul, classical Indian and bollywood. Shuruvath is his debut solo-album and each piece is filled with passion. Michal has several music videos on youtube and you can also sample some of his songs at his myspace page.

豆腐の盛田屋 豆乳よーぐるとぱっく「玉の輿」(Soy Yogurt Face Mask, "Tama no Koshi")

豆腐の盛田屋の豆乳よーぐるとぱっく「玉の輿」は、大丸デパートのオンラインショップで最も売れているフェイスパックです。豆乳ベースのヨーグルト、ラクトフェリン、そしてローヤルゼリーが混合されており、肌を明るく、柔らかくしてくれます。使い方は、顔全体にパックをたっぷり塗り、５～10分おきます。パックは結構厚くてベトベトするので、水で完全に落とす前にコットンを使って少し取り除くことをオススメします。

The soy yogurt face pack "Tama no Koshi" from the Moritaya tofu company has been one of the top selling facial masks on the Daimaru Department store webshop. It contains a mixture of soy-based yogurt, lactoferrin (LF) and royal jelly to brighten and soften the skin. To use the mask, apply a generous amount of the product to the whole face and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Because the mask is quite thick and sticky, it is recommended that you use a cotton ball or pad to remove some of the product before washing it completely off with water.


このパックは無着色・パラベン不使用で肌に優しいスキンケア商品と宣伝されていますが、アルコールと香料を含んでいます。玉の輿を洗い流した後、私の顔は大きな赤い出来物で覆われていました。肌は柔らかくなった感じがしましたが、痒くてチクチクし、完全に治るまで数日間もかかりました。＠cosmeのレビューによると、他にも同じように残念な経験をした方がいるようです。玉の輿にはいくつか良いレビューもありますが、私の経験からすると他の皆さんにオススメはできません。玉の輿は1,575円(税込み)で送料別です。

Though the mask is advertised as a mild skincare product free of dyes or parabens, it contains alcohol and fragrance. After I washed off Tama no Koshi, I found that my face was completely covered in large red bumps. Though my skin did feel softer, it was itchy and irritated and took a couple of days to completely recover. According to reviews at @cosme, may others have also had poor experiences with this mask. There are a number of positive reviews of Tama no Koshi but my own experience makes me reluctant to recommend this product to anyone. Tama no Koshi is 1,575 yen (including tax) not including shipping.

Candy Doll チークカラー ストロベリーピンク & マシュマロパープル ハイライト

先週末、私は新しいキャンディドールチークカラー ピーチピンクを探していましたが、 チークカラーのストロベリーピンクとマシュマロパープルハイライトしか手に入れる事が出来ませんでした。キャンディードールはポップティーン雑誌の人気モデル益若つばさのポイントメイキャップシリーズで、リップグロス、コンシーラー、フェイスパウダーがあります（彼女のドーリーウィンクは、つけまつ毛とアイライナーのシリーズです）。

Last weekend, I went in search the new Candy Doll Cheek Color Peach Pink but was only able to acquire the Cheek Color in Strawberry Pink and the Marshmallow Purple Highlight. Candy Doll is the popular Popteen magazine model Tsubasa Masukawa's point makeup line which includes lip glosses, concealers and face powders. (Her Dolly Wink line is devoted to false eyelashes and eyeliner.)


チークカラーはとても発色が良く、ストロベリーピンクは明るくて若々しい色で、西洋人形の可愛いピンク色をしたほっぺたにそっくりです。パウダーはマットですが、肌に馴染ませると微かな輝きがあります。また非常に柔らかくて、軽い感じがします。ストロベリーピンクは仕事向きかどうかハッキリとは言えませんが、ある程度の年齢を過ぎた女性向けのブラッシュの色ではないという事は確かです(新色のピーチピンクの方が万人向けです)。

The Cheek Color is very pigmented and Strawberry Pink is a bright, youthful shade that does indeed resemble the dainty pink cheeks of a porcelain doll. The powder is mostly matte but has a subtle shine when blended into the skin. It is also very soft and feels very light. I am not sure if Strawberry Pink is a work-appropriate shade but it is definitely not the right shade of blush for women of a certain age. (The new blush, Peach Pink, is much friendlier.)


マシュマロパープル ハイライトはラメが少し入っており、クリーミーな質感です。ストロベリーピンクの上から、もしくは混ぜ合わせて使うと、ピンク色を柔らかくし、頬にパーリーなエアブラシ感を与え、人形の様なクオリティに仕上げてくれます。でも、ストロベリーピンクをマシュマロパープルと一緒に使った時とそうでない時との違いは非常に僅かなものです。ただ、もしストロベリーピンクの購入を決めたのであれば、ハイライターも購入する事を考えた方が良いと思います。個人的に、マシュマロパープルだけではハイライターとしての働きは微か過ぎると思いますので、ブラッシュと混ぜて使うのであればオススメします。

The Marshmallow Purple Highlight has a dash of shimmer and a creamy texture. When used over or mixed with the Strawberry Pink blush, it softens the pink shade and gives the cheeks a pearly air-brushed and doll-like quality. The differences between Strawberry Pink with the highlighter and without Marshmallow Purple are very subtle, however. But I do think you should consider purchasing the highlighter if you decide to get your hands on Strawberry Pink. Alone, I think Marshmallow Purple is too subtle to work well as a highlighter and only recommend it if you plan to mix it with a blush.


私は何枚かスウォッチ(色見本)の写真を撮りましたが、ストロベリーピンクがどれだけ発色が良く明るいかを捉えることが出来ませんでした。スウォッチの上がストロベリーピンクとマシュマロパープルを混ぜ合わせた物で、下にあるのがストロベリーピンクのみです。キャンディードールのウェブサイトに載っているブラッシュをつけた益若つばさの写真は、肌に付けた時のチークの色がどのような感じかを的確に示した写真だと思います。チークカラーとマシュマロパープル ハイライターはどちらも1,260円(税込み)です。

I did take some photos of swatches but they do not capture just how pigmented and bright Strawberry Pink is. The swatch on the top is Strawberry Pink with Marshmallow Purple and the swatch on the bottom is just Strawberry Pink. I think the photo of Tsubasa wearing the blush on the Candy Doll website is a very accurate representation of what the cheek color looks like on the face. Both the Cheek Color and the Highlight Marshmallow Purple are 1,260 yen each (including tax).

Jill Stuart 2010 Spring Collection: Jelly Lip Gloss 17 & Jewel Crystal Eyes 03

先週の金曜日にジルスチュアート ビューティーは、２色の限定ジェリー リップグロスを含む2010 スプリング ポイントメイクアップ コレクションをリリースしました。私はジェリー リップグロスの17チェリーポップを選びました。なぜだか2月号のマキアではとてもオレンジ色に見え、同じく2月号のヴォーチェではマゼンタ色に見えましたが、若々しくて魅力的なラズベリー色です。このグロスはまぁまぁ発色が良く、唇に素敵なピンクレッドの色味を与えてくれて、またピンクのラメも含まれています。他のジェリー リップグロスと同様にちょっとべと付いて濃いですが、唇をシャイニーでプリプリした感じに保ってくれます。17チェリーポップには満足していますが、もうちょっと発色が良ければなぁと思います。デイルックでもドレスアップした時のナイトルックにも良く合うと思います。ジェリーリップグロスは2,310円(税込み)です。

Last Friday, Jill Stuart Beauty released their Spring 2010 Point Makeup Collection, including two limited Jelly Lip Gloss shades. I picked up the Jelly Lip Gloss in 17 Cherry Pop. For some reason, Cherry Pop looks quite orange in the February edition of Maquia and very magenta in the February issue of Voce but it is a more youthful and attractive raspberry shade. The lip gloss is somewhat pigmented to give your lips a nice pink-red tint and contains pink shimmer. It is slightly sticky and thick like all of the Jelly Lip Glosses but leaves the lips looking shiny and plump. I am quite pleased with 17 Cherry Pop although I do wish it were slighter more pigmented. I think it would work well for both a day look and a more dressed-up night look. One Jelly Lip Gloss is 2,310 yen (including tax).


03 プリンセス サファイアはスプリング コレクションとして発売された４種類のジュエルクリスタル アイズ パレットのうちの１つです。これは私がジルで初めて買ったアイシャドウ パレットです。全てのシャドウはとてもシアーですが、ピンクとブラックは他の色よりも少し発色が良いです。色白の方にはサーモンとラベンダーはあまりハッキリと見えないかもしれません。シャドウは最初ちょっともろい感じですが、非常に柔らかくてすぐ肌に馴染み、2009 クリスマスコフレのミックスフェイスパウダー コンパクト 101マシュマロ パフィーのようです。シャドウに含まれているラメは大きめなので、プリンセス サファイアはスパークルなパレットです。他の大きめのラメが入ったシャドウと同じく、まぶたから落ちてあちこちに散らばってしまいます。ジュエルクリスタル アイズはとても可愛いですが、実用的なものとは言いがたいです。もし既にジルのパレットをお持ちでしたら、このシリーズのものはあまりオススメしません。ジュエルクリスタル アイズは熱烈なジル スチュアートのファンの方々にだけオススメします。もし、もっと発色の良いジルのアイシャドウを試してみたい方は、パレットのシャドウよりもクオリティの高いアイカラーシャドウのうちのひとつをオススメしたいと思います。ジルの多くのコスメ商品と同様、ジュエルクリスタル アイズも香りが付いています。パレットは5,250円(税込み)です。

03 Princess Sapphire is one of four new Jewel Crystal Eyes palettes released as part of the spring collection. It is also my first Jill Stuart eyeshadow palette. All of the shadows are quite sheer, although the pink and black are slightly more pigmented. If you are pale person, the salmon and lavender will not show very well on your skin. The shadows are slightly crumbly at first but are very soft and blend right into the skin, much like the Mix Face Powder Compact in 101 Marshmallow Puffy from the 2009 Christmas coffret. The glitter in the shadows is quite large, which means that Princess Sapphire is a very sparkly palette. But like all shadows with large shimmer, the shimmer falls off your lids and gets everywhere. Jewel Crystal Eyes is very cute palette but not a practical one. If you already own a Jill Stuart palette, I would not recommend purchasing one from this series. In fact, I would only recommend the Jewel Crystal Eyes to the most avid Jill Stuart fan. If you would like to try a more pigmented Jill Stuart eyeshadow, I suggest trying out one of their Eye Color shadows which are of better quality than the palette shadows, in my opinion. Like most Jill Stuart Cosmetics products, the Jewel Crystal Eyes is scented. One palette is 5,250 yen (including tax).

Anna Sui 2010 Spring Collection: Lip Rouge G & Eye Color Accent F

1月７日、アナスイ コスメティックスは2010年のスプリング ポイントメイク コレクションを発売しました。コレクションには新しいリップカラー、ネイルポリッシュ、そして限定のアイシャドウパレットがあります。私は新しいリップルージュ G（グロッシー）の200と、アイカラー アクセント Fの01を購入しました。リップルージュ Gはグロスの滑らかな質感と輝きを真似たリップスティックです。とても瑞々しいので、乾いた唇の上に先にリップジェリーやクリームを塗って柔らかくする必要なく使うことが出来ます。200はパープル色ですがリップルージュは非常にシアーで微かなパープル色味を与えるだけなので、ちょっと残念なリップカラーです。リップルージュ Gはリップスティックというより、むしろLipstick Queenのメディーバルのような、グロッシーなリップトリートメントと言ったほうが合っているかもしれません。実際、メディーバルに似ていますが、リップルージュ Gの方がよりクリーミーでシャイニー、そして香りが強いです。2,940円(税込み)です。

On the 7th of January, Anna Sui Cosmetics released their 2010 Spring Point Makeup Collection. The collection included new lip colors, nail polishes and limited edition eyeshadow palettes. I purchased the new Lip Rouge G (Glossy) in 200 and the Eye Color Accent F in 01. Lip Rouge G is a lipstick that emulates the smooth texture and shine of a gloss. It is so moisturizing that you could wear it over dry lips without applying a lip jelly or cream to soften your lips first. Though 200 is a purple shade, Lip Rouge is extremely sheer and only gives the slightest purple tint to the lips, which makes it a rather disappointing lip color. I think it would be more appropriate to describe Lip Rouge G as a glossy lip treatment like Lipstick Queen's Medieval than an actual lipstick. In fact, it is quite similar to Medieval except that Lip Rouge G is creamier, shinier and heavily scented. 2,940 yen (including tax).


一方、限定のアイカラー アクセント Fの01は、それほど残念な物ではなかったです。全てのシャドウはとても柔らかく、肌に馴染みやすいです。ラベンダーホワイトとピンクのハイライト用シャドウは両方ともパールのような輝きで、ブラックシャドウはマット、グリーンは白いラメが入ってキラキラしています。アイシャドウは程々に発色が良く、様々なカラフルなルックを作ることが出来ます。今のところ、私はシャドウをザ・ボディショップのメタリック アイディファイナーの11と合わせて、鮮やかなグリーンルックに使っています。このシャドウがもっと大きく、香りが付いていなければいいなと思いますが、この買い物には結構満足しています。アイカラー アクセント Fは2,625円(税込み)です。

The limited edition Eye Color Accent F in 01 is less disappointing. All of the shades are quite soft and blend well into the skin. Both the lavender-white and pink highlighting shadows have a pearly shine while the black shadow is matte and the green sparkles with white shimmer. The eye shadows are fairly pigmented and can be used to produce some colorful looks. So far, I have used the shadows with The Body Shop's Metallic Eye Definer in 11 for a brilliant green look. I do wish that quad was larger and not scented but I am otherwise fairly satisfied with my purchase. One Eye Color Accent F costs 2,625 yen (including tax).

And saving the best for last, this is Roro-chan, a bunny mobile strap that Utoshi sewed with my favorite colors.

Knowing that I am a complete tea-fanatic, she also sent me an assorted selection of Greenfield teas, some Ukrainian hard candies and postcards of famous landmarks in her native country. From the top is the Marrinsky Palace, then we have the House with Chimeras (also known as Gorodetsky's House) and at the bottom is St. Nicholas' Church at Askold's Grace.

Jill Stuart Sweetness Collection Christmas Coffret

私の個人の意見としてですが、ジルスチュアートのスウィートネス コレクションは、今年発売された全てのコフレの中で、最もお買い得だと思います。7,500円(税抜き)で、ミックスフェイスパウダー コンパクト 101マシュマロパフィー、ジルスチュアート オリジナルのフェイスパウダー用ブラシ、ジェリーアイカラー N 103スノーパフェ、ジェリー リップグロス 101シュガーキッス、ネイルラッカー N 106ロマンティック マカロン、ネイルアートスティッカー＆グリーティングカード、エメリーボード、そしてオリジナル ポーチが入っています。もしジルスチュアートのコスメ商品に興味があるけど、まだ試したことが無いという方にとって、このクリスマスコフレはジルの商品を試すには最適だと思います。

The Jill Stuart Sweetness Collection is, in my opinion, the Christmas coffret that provides the best deal out of all of the coffrets released this year. For 7,500 yen (tax), you will receive the Mix Face Powder Compact in 101 Marshmallow Puffy, an original Jill Stuart face brush to apply the face powder, the Jell Eye Color N in 103 Snow Parfait, the Jelly Lip gloss in 101 Sugar Kiss, the Nail Lacquer N in 106 Romantic Macaron, a Nail Art Sticker set and greeting card, an emery board and a Jill Stuart original pouch. If you are interested in Jill Stuart's beauty line but have never had the chance to try their products, the Christmas coffret is a great way to sample their makeup.

オリジナルポーチはフリルが付いていてお姫様のような、いかにもジルスチュアートらしいスタイルです。私はいかにも女の子っぽい感じの物はあまり好まないので、このポーチのデザインはあまり魅力的ではないですが、ポーチはかなり大きくてメイク用品を入れるには良いです。

The original pouch is very frilly and princessy, just what you would expect from Jill Stuart Beauty. I am not a girly girl so the design has no appeal to me but the pouch is quite large and great for storing makeup.

ジェリー リップグロスはランコムのジューシーチューブに似ていますが、少し薄めで、べと付きも少し少なめ、そしてより良いラメが入っている点で若干異なります。101 シュガーキッスは概ねシアーですが、マゼンタのラメが沢山入っていて、唇に付けるといくらかミルキーな感じに見えます。

The Jelly Lip Gloss is quite similar to Lancôme's Juicy Tubes except that its formula is thinner, slightly less sticky, and contains finer shimmer. 101 Sugar Kiss goes on mostly sheer but it is jam-packed with magenta shimmer and also has a somewhat milky-appearance on the lips.

103 スノーパフェは淡いローズピンクですがピンクとゴールドのラメがウォームトーンな感じに見せてくれます。

I have reviewed two different shades from the Jelly Eye Color N collection before and you may read the reviews here (07 Jewel Flash) and here (08 Crystal Sky). 103 Snow Parfait is a pale rose pink but the pink and gold shimmer in the Jelly Eye make it look warm-toned.

まだ、スウィートネス コレクションのネイル用品はまだ試してないのですが、ネイルスティッカーは非常に薄くて使いやすそうですし、エメリーボードは典型的な爪やすり、そしてネイルラッカー N106 ロマンティック マカロンはベージュピンクに良質のピンクラメが入っていて、パールのようなツヤがあります。

I have yet to try any of the nail products from the Sweetness Collection but I can say that the nail stickers are quite thin and should be easy to use, the emery board is your typical nail-file emery board, and the Nail Lacquer N in 106 Romantic Macaron is a beige-pink shade with fine pink shimmer and a pearly sheen.

ミックスフェイスパウダー コンパクト 101 マシュマロパフィーはコンパクトの中で砕けやすいですが、驚く程に柔らかく(まるでマシュマロのように!)、肌に付けるとすぐに肌に浸透します。マシュマロパフィーに入っている全4色は全てシアーで、とてもキラキラしています。とてもキラキラしているので多くの人が使うとは思えませんし、ビジネスシーンや大人の女性には最も適さない商品だと思います。フェイスパウダーとは言っていますが、私はマシュマロパフィーはボディシマーとして使うのが一番だと思うので、首や腕、またはほんの少しを目の下に付けることをオススメします。

The Mix Face Powder Compact in 101 Marshmallow Puffy is crumbly in the compact but incredibly soft (like marshmallows!) and immediately melts into the skin once it has been applied. All of the four shades in Marshmallow Puffy are sheer and extremely shimmery. It is so shimmery that I doubt many will actually use this product and it is most definitely not work appropriate or appropriate for the more mature woman. Although it is described as a face powder, I think Marshmallow Puffy would work best as body shimmer and I highly recommend applying it to your neck, arms and legs, and perhaps, just a dab under your eyes.

ミックスフェイス コンパクトのブラシは可愛らしくて(便利な)ケースに入っています。金属で出来ているので、あまり傷つきにくいですし、そのコンパクトなサイズは旅行にはもってこいです。私は普段、合成繊維のブラシだけを使うのですが、このジルのブラシはそうではないと思うので、将来的に環境に優しくて非動物性のブラシを販売して欲しいです。

The brush for the Mixed Face Compact comes in a lovely (and useful) case. Since it is made of metal, it should not damage easily and its compact size makes it a great travel product. I only use synthetic brushes, however, and I do not think that this is a synthetic brush, so I hope Jill Stuart will consider releasing eco-friendly and cruelty-free brushes in the future.

まとめると、このスウィートネス コレクションは非常に良いクリスマスコフレです。最高に素晴らしいというわけではありませんが、値段の割に多くの物が入っていますし、いくつかの商品は普通に使えそうです。覚えておいて頂きたい大事な点は、スウィートネス コレクションの全ての商品には香りが付いていて、マシュマロパフィーは少し乾燥させて、雲母を含んでいるということです。

Overall, the Sweetness Collection is a decent Christmas coffret. It is not spectacular but it gives you a lot for your yen and I can see myself regularly using some of the products. It is important to note that all of makeup in the Sweetness Collection is scented and the Marshmallow Puffy, which I found slightly drying, contains mica.
