It is somewhat sheer which allows the liner to look more natural on the skin. Pencil WP is also quite soft and requires little pressure to draw under the eyes.

Since the eyeliner is supposed to be waterproof, I tested it in the shower to see how well it would hold up. Water and soap seemed to make no difference and it only came off with an oil makeup remover. I love how the eyeliner makes my eyes look alive yet soft and somewhat mysterious. Many Japanese actresses and talento wear white eyeliner under their eyes and sometimes it looks a bit excessive but Eyeliner Pencil WP 07 is just perfect. I am impressed with Sonia Rykiel and can understand why their pencil eyeliners are so popular. 2,415 yen including tax.
